Agile Programme Management
Developed by a partnership between the Agile Business Consortium and the APMG, this agile programme management course – AgilePgM® – teaches you a disciplined but flexible agile approach to the management of organisational change, allowing for iterative and incremental delivery of outputs and benefits.
This agile programme management course, assumes some knowledge of a programme management method. It builds on that knowledge to show how those involved in programmes may need to think, act and react differently in an agile environment.
