AgileBA Foundation

2 DaysDates TBC

About This Course

Business analysis does not disappear in agile - it changes shape. AgileBA provides a framework for applying business analysis skills and techniques within agile projects and programmes, grounded in the DSDM approach and aligned with the AgilePM framework.

This Foundation course covers the AgileBA philosophy, the role of the Business Analyst in agile contexts, the core techniques for requirements elicitation and analysis, and how BA practice integrates with agile delivery. It is designed to give participants a clear picture of what good agile business analysis looks like in practice.

This course is delivered without examination. AltogetherAgile is not currently an APMG Accredited Training Organisation and cannot offer the formal AgileBA Foundation certificate. The training content is grounded in the AgileBA framework.
