About This Course

A one-day practical introduction to agile thinking and ways of working. This workshop is designed for people who are new to agile or who have been working alongside agile teams without a clear picture of what it all means. You will leave with a solid grounding in the core principles, a working understanding of the most common frameworks, and the confidence to apply agile ideas in your own context - whether you are in a project role, a business function, or a leadership position.

Explain the Agile Manifesto and the twelve principles behind it
Describe the difference between Scrum, Kanban, and other common agile approaches
Identify where agile ways of working can and cannot be usefully applied
Recognise the roles, events, and artifacts common to agile teams
Apply agile thinking to a real scenario from your own work context
